Frequently Asked Questions

At your first visit, you can expect a one-hour, personalized evaluation focused on getting to know you, your health history, current concerns, and goals. We’ll begin with a thorough medical history, followed by a full-body assessment looking at mobility, strength, balance, posture, breathing, and movement analysis.
If appropriate for your concerns, an external or internal pelvic floor assessment (vaginal or rectal) may be recommended to better understand muscle strength, length, and tone. This is always optional and guided entirely by your comfort. Pelvic care can feel vulnerable at times, and you are always welcome to decline or pause any part of the assessment.
